Private Jet Charter Broker Agreement (U.S. Standards)

1. Introduction
Vegas Express Jet (“VEJ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an independent Private Jet Charter Broker providing aircraft charter quotes, trip coordination, and concierge services. Vegas Express Jet is not a direct air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft, and arranges flights exclusively through FAA Part 135 certified air carriers or foreign equivalent operators.
Your use of our website, booking services, or request for a quote constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Broker Disclosure (FAA/DOT Compliance)
- Vegas Express Jet acts solely as a charter broker, not an operator.
- All flights are operated by licensed FAA Part 135 or Part 121 Air Carriers.
- The selected carrier maintains full operational control of all flights.
- Aircraft images on the website are for marketing purposes and may not reflect the exact aircraft assigned.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Availability
3.1 Non-Binding Quotes
All quotes provided are estimates based on aircraft availability, airports, fuel, crew duty limits, and operational conditions at the time of inquiry.
3.2 Final Pricing
Final pricing may include:
- Federal Excise Tax (FET)
- Segment fees
- Fuel surcharges
- De-icing/hangar charges
- Airport fees
- International handling fees
A booking is confirmed only when the signed agreement and full payment are received.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Requirements
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank wire
- ACH
- Major credit cards (processing fees may apply)
- Approved digital payment systems
4.2 Booking Confirmation
Your flight is confirmed only when:
- Signed Contract is executed
- Full or deposited payment is received
- The operator confirms aircraft availability
5. Cancellation Policy
- Turboprops / Light Jets: Cancel ≥72 hours prior
- Midsize / Super-Midsize: Cancel ≥5 days prior
- Heavy Jets / Long Range: Cancel ≥7–14 days prior
Please review your charter proposal/agreement
Inside the cancellation window, up to 100% of the trip cost becomes non-refundable.
Refunds follow the operator’s policies; merchant fees are non-refundable.
6. Itinerary Changes
Changes to passenger lists, departure times, airports, or routing require operator approval and may incur additional charges. Vegas Express Jet will assist but cannot guarantee approval.
7. Operational Control & Safety
The operating carrier may modify or cancel flights due to:
- Weather
- Mechanical issues
- Duty limits
- Airport restrictions
- Safety or security concerns
Vegas Express Jet is not responsible for losses arising from operational decisions.
8. Passenger Obligations
Passengers must comply with:
- TSA and FAA regulations
- Valid government-issued ID
- Customs and immigration requirements
- Weight, luggage, and hazardous material rules
Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the flight with no refund.
9. Liability Limitations
Vegas Express Jet is not liable for:
- Operator delays or cancellations
- Weather or maintenance disruptions
- Lost luggage, missed connections
- Secondary expenses (hotels, transfers, etc.)
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
10. Insurance
All flights are insured by the operating carrier per FAA requirements.
Additional insurance may be purchased upon request.
11. Privacy
We collect and use personal data solely for flight coordination. Information may be shared with operators, FBOs, and government authorities as required.

12. Website Use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful activity
- Extract data via bots or scripts
- Copy or reproduce content without permission
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the State of Nevada, and disputes shall be resolved in Clark County.
14. Amendments
Vegas Express Jet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
